Cajun Rub

This Cajun rub can be applied to chicken or salmon, with great results. We always have a small jar ready on hand.

Ingredients

• 2 tbs. ground paprika
• 1 tbs. ground cayenne pepper
• 1 tbs. onion powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
• 1/4 tsp. dried basil
• 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Apply liberally to taste when preparing fish or poultry.
